In 1999 he formed Neogama, which became the first advertising agency in Brazil to win a Lion at the Cannes Film Festival during their first year of operation. In 2003, it was also the first Brazilian agency to win two Lions in the same year.
In 2014 he founded VIOLAB, an instrumental Brazilian guitar project that includes a recording studio and Youtube channel, and Alexandre Gama was invited to become the only Brazilian publicist on the Golden Creative Board in 2016.
